You are in the right place! The three levels are designed for complete beginners and will guide you from zero to HSK Level 1.We recommend starting with the Foundational Level. You will first learn the essentials, including Pinyin (Chinese phonetics) and basic Chinese characters. Then, you will progress to practical topics such as greetings, introductions, countries and languages, phone calls, dates, and time.

If you already have a basic understanding of Mandarin, the Functional Level or Conversational Level may be a good fit.The Functional Level covers practical everyday topics such as hobbies, money, and currency, shopping, clothing, making reservations, and ordering at restaurants.The Conversational Level explores more advanced topics, including hotels, cafés and pubs, transportation, locations and directions, weather, ongoing activities, plans and intentions, health, compliments and wishes. The main difference is that the Premium packages includes six one-hour private coaching sessions with our experienced Mandarin teachers.You can book each session through our online calendar at a time that works for you. For each session, you may choose up to two topics and two learning areas to focus on, such as conversation practice, vocabulary review, grammar questions, pronunciation and tones, or homework support.
